haha today was a Heart To Heart Talk day for me..after service i had one and after gh on the way back in Capt Hary's car had another one haha..not bad though like fell much better now with things in my chest being released..

again today very tired..like since the day i started work, i have been very tired and feel so burned out.. just dont feel as good as before..
